INTERMEDIATE LEVEL YOGA CLASS
Thursdays 11.00am – 1.00pm
taught by Gerry Chambers
These classes take place on alternate Thursdays and are open to those with at least 3 years experience of Iyengar Yoga.
Dates for 2020 are: 12, 26 March, 9 and 23 April, 7 and 21 May, 4 June
Cost: £15 per class
IYENGAR YOGA THERAPY CLASS
Thursdays at 1.30pm – 3.30pm
taught by Lynda Purvis with assistance from other qualified Iyengar teachers.
Dates for 2020 are: 19 and 26 March, 2, 9, 23 and 30 April, 7, 14 and 28 May, 4, 11 June
This class is for people with medical problems or injuries. It will focus on assisting the student to work therapeutically with a problem. It is a small class and each student will be given individual attention. Teachers may attend with a student and guidance will be given on how to support the student in a class situation.
The class is by appointment only and involves a 30 minute consultation with Lynda at 1.15pm unless you have already been assigned a remedial programme.
