IYENGAR YOGA WORKSHOPS IN EXMOUTH 2020

Cost: £25
These workshops are open to those with at least five years experience of Iyengar yoga and who are keen to work with other senior students in developing their own practice. The workshops will focus on the detailed practice of more challenging asanas and pranayamas. These are not teacher training workshops but teachers preparing for higher levels of certification will find them beneficial. The workshops are also open to Iyengar yoga practitioners who are not teachers.
